Deidre is not just a successful entrepreneur; she’s a caring advocate for her community and a former educator who truly believes in helping people achieve their dreams.
Originally from Savannah, Georgia, Deidre has proudly called the Orlando area home for over 34 years. Before starting her own business, Graybill Realty & Associates, she spent years teaching at Orlando Technical College. There, she focused on empowering her students with the education and job training they needed to build brighter futures. As a business owner and community supporter, Deidre is passionate about helping families achieve the dream of homeownership, uplifting local businesses, and fostering strong connections in the community.
Her own journey through Valencia College, the University of Central Florida and establishing her own business reflects a belief many of us share—that hard work, education, and determination can lead to success. Deidre is committed to making sure future generations have the same chances she had to thrive.
Throughout her professional career, Deidre has worked closely with families pursuing homeownership, small business owners investing in their futures, community leaders tackling local challenges and residents working to build better lives for themselves and their families.
These experiences have given her a deep understanding of what matters most to people in Orange County—issues like housing affordability, transportation, responsible growth, public safety, and economic opportunities.
Deidre believes that true leadership isn’t about politics; it’s about listening to others, building genuine relationships, finding common ground, and delivering results.

Deidre is well-known in the community for her professionalism and her genuine care for others. After years of being encouraged by neighbors and local leaders to get involved in public service, she is ready to bring her experience to the next step into public leadership.
With roles such as Orlando Technical College Board of Advisors, President-Elect of the Orlando Regional REALTOR® Association and a graduate of community-focused leadership programs, Deidre has the knowledge and network to make a real difference.
Her partnerships with local and state leaders have allowed her to be a strong advocate in District 7, especially through her board service in Pine Hills, a community she loves deeply.

Her leadership experience includes participation in Florida Realtors’ Great American REALTOR® Days in Tallahassee, where she has met directly with lawmakers to advocate for policies that support Florida homeowners, property owners, and communities.
